Sacramento Pimp Indicted For Trafficking Minors
A Sacramento man was arrested by the FBI on charges of forcing two underage girls into prostitution, the U.S. Attorneys Office said Friday.
In addition to the arrest, Justin Isaac Jackson, 22, had been indicted by a federal grand jury on several counts of engaging two underage girls into forced sex and other related charges.
The indictment outlines that between February and May 2009, Jackson was the pimp of two underage girls, using force, fraud and threats in the process.
The indictment came last month, but it was put on hold pending Jacksons arrest.
If convicted, Jackson faces up to 10 years behind bars.

Sacramento Strip Clubs: Strip Clubs Were Part of the Job

Strip Clubs Were Part of the Job

The men claim: “AutoNation and the individual defendants participated in and/or fostered a sexually charged and drug and alcohol infused environment where management would force Josh and other employees to go to strip bars and brothels and would try to get Josh and others to receive sexual acts. In addition, AutoNation and the individual defendants would make sexually suggestive remarks, jokes and other inappropriate communications. AutoNation management (at least one or more) also would take drugs (cocaine and others) and drink alcohol (champagne and other drinks) at company or company sponsored functions. When Josh said he would rather focus on work and did not want to participate in such drunken sexual activities, he was scoffed at, ridiculed and mistreated including a cold shoulder, exclusion from meetings, retaliatory and unjust performance reviews, shorting of pay, mistreatment by Human Resources, decline in further promotions and other adverse employment actions and harassing and retaliatory conduct.”

Sacramento Escorts: Ruling on body is grim record

Filed under: Sacramento escorts — escortingsacramento @ 6:24 am and

In Stockton, the youngest person killed was 2-month-old Brandon Wilson, a victim, police say, of child abuse. And Clarence Bedgood, 61, is the oldest victim in 2011; he died in a shooting Oct. 13.
Several elected officials expressed disappointment with the city’s milestone.
“It’s important to remember that the people killed were human beings,” said City Councilman Paul Canepa. “Some victims may have been doing stuff that is illegal or immoral, but it doesn’t diminish the fact they had people in their lives who loved them and miss them. It’s important that we don’t get callous and say, ‘Yeah, they deserved that.’ “
Fellow Councilman Elbert Holman, a former San Joaquin County sheriff’s deputy, said the record is sobering but added numbers could be reduced in the future if people could remove themselves from potentially violent situations – prostitution, gangs, domestic violence.

Sacramento Escorts: Husband, wife charged with sex trafficking teens

Filed under: Sacramento escorts — escortingsacramento @ 6:24 am and

Prosecutors said the couple used at least four girls as prostitutes, two of them juveniles, between April and August. According to an FBI affidavit, police who were looking for a runaway teenager found Mahendar Singh at a South San Francisco motel with two 16-year-old girls and a 19-year-old, who he claimed were his stepdaughters.
They told investigators that Singh lured them into prostitution by offering them a home, drugs and money but later resorted to force. One woman suffered a broken jaw, the FBI agent said. Singh initially gave the young women $50 of the $100 per hour that the service charged its customers but later kept all the money, the affidavit said.

After Singh’s arrest, the affidavit said, he told police he had not been in the sex trade business and provided only food and household financial contributions to the young women, who ran their own prostitution business.

Sacramento Escorts: Decomposed body found in apartment

Filed under: Sacramento escorts — escortingsacramento @ 5:48 am and

Police are searching for the tenant of the apartment, Devon Epps, 26, because the body was found in his apartment around 1:45 p.m. Monday when property managers were in the process of evicting him from the building, Pete Smith said.
Police did detain his friend, Christopher Smith, who also lived at the building until Nov. 5, for questioning.
Before he was detained, Christopher Smith said he doesn’t think Epps, who is wanted for questioning, is capable of killing somebody.
He called him a “college student that may have smoked some weed, but he spent weekends working at the St. Mary’s dining hall” feeding the homeless.
However, he said plenty of crime occurs at the apartment building.
“A lot goes on here … drugs, prostitution … when you’re living around that, you can’t be surprised,” he said.

Sacramento Adult Entertainment: Murder defendant found incompetent to stand trial; placement options to be weighed

A Sacramento judge today declared a 58-year-old man about to go on trial for murder as incompetent to assist in his own defense and scheduled a hearing for next month to determine the defendant’s placement options.
Robert Lee Blockton had been charged with murder in the Nov. 3, 1980, stabbing death of Charles Redmond, 22, described by authorites as a transvestite prostitute. A night watchman initially identified Blockton as walking away from the scene of the stabbing but testified “I don’t know” at a preliminary hearing to pick out the defendant again, court records said. Charges were then dismissed on Blockton due to insufficient evidence, according to his attorney, Assistant Public Defender Sue Karlton.
DNA tests prompted Sacramento prosecutors to charge Blockton last year in the Redmond killling. Sacramento Superior Court online records show nine criminal filings on Blockton since 1980 and before his 2010 arrest. The murder case had been assigned to Judge Gary S. Mullen, wh …
