Sacramento Escorts: Opera Workshop performance of Philemon timely as Easter Approaches

Filed under: Sacramento escorts — escortingsacramento @ 3:24 am and

Rarely performed, Philemon is a two-act musical with music and words by Harvey Schmidt and Tom Jones (better known for there creation of the musical, the Fantasticks.)   The St. Mary’s University Opera Workshop opened the show, Thursday evening March 29th and concluded its run, Sunday afternoon, April 1st.
Set in the ancient city of Antioch in the year 287 A.D, the first act underscores the oppression of the time. Cockian (Joseph Sanchez) a clown, or “actor” as he refers to himself, shows his lasciviousness in quintessential Greek fashion. In trouble for decieving, lying and cheating others, he’s in desperate need of cash so he tries to persuade his longtime girlfirend, Kiki, to be a prostitute for the the highest bidder. Angered, Kiki (Elisha Bryant/Janelle Pierce) turns him in for all his crimes to Marcus, the Commander of the Roman Garrison (Jesus Garcia.) who had caught him for breaking curfew on another occasion, but had decided to let him go at the time.

Filed under: Sacramento escorts — escortingsacramento @ 5:48 am and

Of one boy, Graham says, “His whole family is gang-related. There are shootings at his house all the time, and he comes to school every day. Now, he doesn’t do homework and he shows up late, a half an hour late, every day. But the big picture is, he’s coming. That’s almost a bigger deal. Let’s start from there. What’s motivating him to come every day, and how do you expand on that?”
Frink tells of a boy who would not remove his hat when he came to school even though the school had a rule against hats.
“Finally,” she says, “he let them know, ‘I haven’t had a chance to shower all weekend.’ “
Frink says the boy’s mother was a prostitute. She was using their home for her business. This was the boy’s environment when he wasn’t at school.

Sacramento Adult Entertainment: 2 teenage girls’ remains linked to California serial killers

Filed under: Sacramento adult entertainment — mrparty @ 10:12 pm and

Herzog was originally given a 77-year sentence, but that was struck down on appeal and he agreed to a plea deal ahead of a second trial. He was released in 2010 and was living in a trailer near the High Desert State Prison where he spent 14 years when he got word of Shermantine’s cooperation with authorities that was likely to lead to new charges against him. Herzog hung himself in January, a day after getting the news. The prison is in the northeastern California city of Susanville.
Rob Dick, a private investigator who has worked on the case for more than a decade, said he believed Herzog and Shermantine filled in the well where the remains of Billy and Hobson were found in 1986, meaning that later victims were buried elsewhere.
In a series of letters to news organizations, Shermantine has said in recent weeks that he and Herzog had a third accomplice and that the number of victims was much higher than earlier disclosed. He said more than 70 people were killed during the friends’ “hunting” expeditions, in which they targeted prostitutes, runaways and drifters.

Sacramento Adult Entertainment: CASH For a Cause Evening Benefit on May 3

Filed under: Sacramento adult entertainment — mrparty @ 2:12 pm and

Community Against Sexual Harm (CASH) will be holding an evening benefit on Thursday, May 3, 2012. CASH is non-profit organization that not only provides assistance for victims of sexual exploitation, sex trafficking and prostitution, but also offers hope for the victims’ futures.
CASH is the only agency whose mission is to serve adult victims of sexual exploitation in Sacramento.
CASH staff, many of whom are former sex industry workers themselves, and volunteers, provide, amongst other services, outreach, peer counseling, support groups, food, clothing, and housing assistance. In addition to helping former victims, CASH provides information and training to community groups and other professionals about sexual exploitation – a topic not necessarily easy to talk about, but extremely prevalent, unfortunately, in our community.
While CASH receives ongoing financial support from several business associations, foundations, churches, and generous individuals, the organization could not sustain itself without benefits such as this and the generosity of the community.  Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.cashsac.org/events___tickets. To donate items or purchase tickets please contact: Sue Huffstutler, Executive Director at shuffstutler@cashsac.org or (916) 856-2900.

Filed under: Sacramento adult entertainment — mrparty @ 10:12 pm and

STOCKTON, CA – The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 10 men this week during a prostitution sting at a motel just east of Stockton.
Sgt. Phil George said because the California Inn has allowed prostitutes to use that motel for business recently, the motel continues to attract potential customers.  So he and several deputies staged a sting that used female deputies as decoys.  When men negotiated prices for sex acts with those women, deputies watching and listening nearby moved quickly and made arrests.
Nearby business owner Ernie Giannecchini said he welcomes the crackdown because the activity has become too obvious.

So instead of turning himself in, he took off.
State and local investigators searched his Sacramento business office Tuesday. According to the Department of Insurance, his license was revoked in 1995, but his license is currently listed as active.
El Dorado County sheriff’s detectives say this investigation started after discovering concerning phone recordings at the jail between Waters and his clients.
Investigators say Waters took advantage of multiple victims during the past year.
Stacy Correa with One Way Bail Bonds said she doesn’t know Waters but finds the allegations very disturbing.
“I’m just shocked over the charges,” she said. “It puts a bad taste in everyone’s mouth for the whole industry.”
We learned that Waters did turn himself in after we left. He is facing charges of soliciting prostitution and an illegal bail transaction.

Sacramento Escorts: On-air Fluke

On-air Fluke
Limbaugh’s remarks hit home
As is widely known by now, Rush Limbaugh’s Feb. 29 on-air comments calling Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke a “slut” and a “prostitute” for appealing to Congress to make it mandatory that her school’s medical insurance include contraception coverage rattled some cages.
The fury increased the next day when the radio talk-show host insisted that, in return for receiving taxpayer-financed contraception coverage, Fluke “and the rest of you feminazis” should post videos of themselves having sex for the public to watch.
Not only did Limbaugh have his facts wrong—no taxpayer money was involved—his suggestion also poured gasoline on what was already a blazing fire.
Since then more than 50 advertisers and two radio stations have cut ties with Limbaugh, the watchdog group MediaMatters.org reports. However, the folks who operate the Chico AM station that has carried his show for decades, KPAY 1290, have no intentions to remove Limbaugh and say they have seen only a little collateral damage.
