The flamboyant Prince Frederic von Anhalf, eighth husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, filed his papers today to run for governor as an independent.
Von Anhalf, 65, wants to legalize marijuana and prostitution, and raise money for the state by taxing them, according to this Associated Press story.
