Sacramento County Deputies Say Victim’s Purse Stolen

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento County Sherriff’s Department said it caught a credit card thief in the act Wednesday.
Deputies said that Rocklin Police Department told them that a credit reported stolen was being used at a “massage parlor” in Greenback Lane.
Deputies arrived and found the man, identified as 30-year-old Sharma Nilesh, in possession of the victim’s identification, credit cards and a receipt for a “massage transaction in his pocket.”
The victim told deputies that her purse was stolen that morning.
Nilesh was booked into jail on suspicion of a variety of charges. His car also was towed.
